Job Summary:
Assigned to provide lead assistance to Team Mates in Manufacturing. Performs set-up, operations, and other manufacturing duties as assigned and required by functional responsibilities. Handles administrative and paperwork assignments as required
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
1.Performs job tasks on the liquid filling line and ensures production runs smoothly, including workflow and efficiency.
2.May train, delegate and assign appropriate tasks to Teammates assigned to their filling line. Handles basic personnel questions or issues, refers more complex personnel issues to the Filling Room Supervisor or Sr. Production Scheduler as needed.
3.Completes necessary paperwork and reports, and provides brief written updates as necessary to the Filling Room Supervisor or Sr. Production Scheduler.
4.Operates equipment, completes set-up and changeover of line, handles minor maintenance and repair of equipment as needed in the assigned scope of manufacturing processes and equipment.
5.May help with manual labor as authorized and required.
6.Ensures safety requirements are met at all times.
7.Performs other duties and completes projects as assigned.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
•Lifting and moving objects (to the waist) up to 50 pounds – 30%-60% of the time
•Stand/walk – up to 90% of the time (except Tube Assembly = sit 95% of the time)
•Dusty conditions and exposure to basic chemicals, fragrances and perfumes

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE: -3+ years as a lead within a GMP regulated environment •Machine knowledge/manufacturing skills, ability to do light troubleshooting and change overs on machine •Thorough understanding of production & manufacturing processes •Leadership abilities
