Job Duties: Responsible for all SAP Application Developments for Projects and Support. Manage, Lead, and govern SAP technical teams from different vendors around the world and Internal SAP Technical Teams. Approves technical designs for support and Projects. Responsible for selecting / Interviewing, onboarding, and rolling off new team members for support and projects. Review new products, which are suitable for the organization, introduce vendors, conduct proof of concepts with vendors, raise NDA and coordinate in the purchasing of new tools for organization. Approving Vendors and internal time sheets. Approving system access, roles, and system transport expedites. Raising purchase orders or demand with vendors and involved in the approval and budget planning. Review / Approve contracts and agreements on resources from vendors, renewal of contract with vendors. Control the budget and expenditures of the team or project. Providing feedback on performance, rating, and conducting year end appraisal. Resource forecast based on demand from other functions and planning for the financial year. Planning workload, resource availability, budget for projects and support. Responsible for rolling out and deployment of new applications. Handle escalations and business critical problems as needed during projects and support. Mentor and develop new talent within organization, building a strong team for organization. Responsible for maintaining SLAs for technical team. Develop road map for new technologies and innovation within organization. Responsible for communicating with vendors, mostly with SAP on solutions and business critical problems. Works with different functional teams, leaders, managers, and business teams for resource planning, designing new solutions and support in existing applications. Responsible for Development standards, code review, unit testing documents, technical specifications and ensures the team is following them. Responsible for supporting internal and external Audit process. Responsible for production support, providing hyper care support and key technical support. Monitors and Manages activities during projects in different phases. Responsible for technical team providing hyper care support during project go-lives. Participates in design solution and architect discussions, ensures the right design is proposed and provides the approval. Review and participate in weekly and monthly status review calls by vendors. Training and knowledge sharing: Responsible for development life cycle process, ensure code review, technical document and technical design are maintained. Monitor training to counter parts and technical team for the developed object. monitor the trainings provided by vendors on different technical objects. Ensuring knowledge transfer from vendors or internal team after the project / development. Share feedback and rating on developments to management or leadership. Lead Team to provide Innovative ideas and work on proof of concept to demonstrate it to other functional Managers. Telecommuting permitted.       

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Requires 5 years of experience with the following:

1. Hands on experience in ABAP/4, SAPUI5, ODATA, ABAP OO (specialized in development of complete new custom applications & frameworks), ABAP Web Dynpro, RFC, BAPI, FM's, Enhancements, Scripts, ALV & BDC in business application design, knowledge of Fiori, implementation of SAP systems.
2. Working on all WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements and Forms).
3. Interfacing SAP system with external systems/tools, using IDOC/ALE/EDI.

Requires 3 years of experience with the following:

1. Overall SAP Supply Chain Process with exposure to AP SD, WM & EWM. Knowledge of New S4 Technologies ABAP on S4 HANA, CDS Views.
2. Solman, CHARM and change management for controlled SAP ERP system, along with integration to ITIL/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
3. Knowledge of SAP Workflows; ability to work with SAP upgrade/support pack tools.
