We are hiring immediately for a Retail Merchandising Manager position.
Location: Canteen Middletown PA - 3201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday.
Requirement: A valid driver's license is required. Food retail or vending operations experience is preferred.
Canteen Middletown is in the Central PA area and has 28 hybrid vending and market routes. This position is responsible for completing the Market Refresh goal throughout the year.

Job Summary
Job Summary: As a Retail Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Avenue C Manager in the overall successful merchandising, refreshing, inventory, and overall upkeep of multiple Avenue C locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Avenue C grand openings
Ensure we are compliant with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting
Assist with store POG set-up
Coordinate efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales (Best Practices)
Drive compliance to merchandising standards
Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
Route management, retail, and merchandising experience is preferred
Food & beverage experience
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to travel to client sites
Must be passionate about providing world-class service to our clients and customers
