Immediate opening for Human Resources Director for non-profit organization. Handles multi-functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to: employee recruitment, retention and relations, performance, compensation and benefits, organizational development and training, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Assists in directing the financial planning and accounting practices of the company by preparing, monitoring and updating HR related budgets. Oversees and provides back up for payroll processing and employee benefits management as needed.
