About this role

As the Enterprise Working Capital Senior Strategic Planning Manager, you will apply in-depth knowledge of the finance discipline, broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to:

  • Lead monthly Cash Flow Review preparation and NWC content creation, including alignment with the NWC Steering team

  • Leadership Meeting support deck ideation and preparation (Cash Flow Review, Board prep, OT/LT, Strategy Week, Priorities Reviews, Earnings Prep).

  • Perform Peer Benchmarking for Net Working Capital (NWC) to assess company performance and identify opportunities

  • Lead enterprise NWC Planning and Scenario Analysis in support of cash flow planning and efficiency targets

  • Participate in Enterprise Working Capital strategy formation and execution

In addition to:

  • Supporting and leading projects to optimize working capital investment, as well as the forecasting of its cash flow impact to drive improved decision making

  • Proactively analyzing working capital estimate / results and trends to identify improvement or intervention opportunities

  • Ad hoc support for broader strategic planning initiatives on an as needed basis

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

  • Strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with an ability to look at data in new and innovative ways

  • Self-starter that can work independently and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Ability to effectively work under pressure on critical deliverables and deliver on tight deadlines.

  • Strong collaborator and ability to work effectively and efficiently across functions and businesses; demonstrated leadership and executive presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant finance and industry experience.

  • The ability to work legally in the country for which you are applying. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of permanent residency (green card) process.

Your Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s in Finance

  • Experience in the execution of enterprise-level or segment -level strategic initiatives

  • Strong PowerPoint/graphics skills

  • Extensive DSR Finance Reporting experience

  • Preferred location is Midland, MI (USA). Remote work could be considered for the right candidate.
