Description
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our financial institution, providing exceptional customer service while performing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their banking needs, processing deposits and withdrawals, handling currency exchanges, and promoting our bank's products and services.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their banking needs.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
Handle currency exchanges and provide customers with accurate exchange rates.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller station and lobby.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Stay informed about banking products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
