  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, other related technical field, or foreign equivalent
  • 2+ years of supply chain, contracts management, and supplier management experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and efficiently handle related supply chain activities
  • Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships

Description:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies through sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management as part of the Permian Wells Supply Chain team. If you are selected as the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with Permian Wells team to develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that address key commercial and technical needs of the business.

  • Plan, execute, control and monitor supply chain activities with the objective of creating value
  • Develop category strategies based on knowledge of category specific market conditions
  • Lead all Request for Proposal (RFP) processes in adherence to the Supply Chain Standard to deliver value-driven commercial solutions
  • Negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions using Master Service Agreements, Compensation Agreements, Service Orders, Purchase Orders, and other contractual documents for the purchase of materials and services
  • Provide a strong mix of strategic thinking and tactical support through supplier performance management
  • Develop, maintain, and implement Supplier Performance Management Plans for key suppliers
  • Maintain collaboration with other Completion Supply Chain counterpart(s) to ensure sourcing/contracting strategy alignment and consistency
  • Ensure all activities are conducted as per Supply Chain Standards
  • Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) to ensure suppliers adhere to HSE Standards
  • Maintain an attitude of diversity and inclusion to ensure that all perspectives are considered in the execution of supply chain work
