Job Description
Project Overview: Implementation and support the professional services from Bullhorn for Salesforce. Bullhorn for Salesforce is a cloud-based staffing and recruitment solution built on the Salesforce platform. It helps businesses manage staffing and recruitment operations. Bullhorn for Salesforce is also a strategic staffing and recruiting system of record that connects all areas of the business, giving firms a competitive edge.
· High level planning is already underway
· Next 3-4 weeks they will initiate official implementation
· Very complex project - need proven experience with project alignment, strategic recommendations, and collaboration

Skills and Requirements
- Background as a Business Systems Analyst (4+ years):
-Ability to conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis for business processes that will be transformed by the migration.
-Strong expertise in healthcare staffing workflows, especially around provider sourcing, credentialing, and job fulfillment.
-Experience in mapping current business processes to new CRM/ATS functionalities.
-Ability to write user stories / scripts.
2.Salesforce expertise:
-Deep expertise with Salesforce and Sales Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies. moving from a legacy environment.
-Understanding of Salesforce workflow, automation, and integration points within external systems.
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation or migration experience.
-Bullhorn for Salesforce - all-star plus.
- Project Management and Internal Engagement:
-Ability to work cross functionally with Product Leads, technical teams, and QAs to manage projects.
Agile Methodology.
Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, self-starter personality, proactive personality. Healthcare Staffing industry experience.
Bullhorn for Salesforce (ATS).
Scrum Master experience - leading sprints and standups.
