Junior Product Manager (TMTI)

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support:

  • Assist the team in planning and executing marketing plans for assigned products.

  • Collect and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local marketing objectives.

  • Product Development:

  • Evaluate opportunities for new product development and market expansion.

  • Sales Support:

  • Provide operational support to the sales force, including product presentations and customer training.

  • Training Materials:

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product training materials.

  • Compliance:

  • Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Previous work experience or internships in marketing or product management are advantageous.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, data analysis software).

  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
