CBRE GWS is looking for a resource to be included in the role of BMS Proposal & Estimator .
The resource will be based in Milan (with the possibility of working remotely) and will be responsible for issuing estimates, analyzing prices and creating documentation to support the sales team.
Specifically, the resource will deal with:
Prepare bid presentation documents
Respect the profit margin in all proposed estimates
Evaluate cost, profitability and performance alternatives
Participate in kickoff meetings, work in teams with other departments
Prepare the offer documentation or alternative documentation
Develop and implement reports
Applications, for BMS Proposal & Estimator, must meet the following requirements:
English literate
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their control systems
At least 2 years of experience in BMS or Automation
Knowledge of electrical, energy and special systems (access control, video surveillance) will be considered a plus
Good use of Microsoft Office
Availability to travel throughout the national territory
