Amazon Sr. Product Manager Amazon Fresh in Milan, MichiganItaly

Description

We are looking for an exceptional, highly analytical, intellectually curious, organized self-starter and excellent communicator, to join our Fresh team as Senior Product Manager (Madrid or Milan-based).

You are passionate about working backwards from the customer mixing strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work effectively across teams. This role will be pivotal in helping Fresh to develop its online CX, providing actionable insights and supporting our L-Team on the definition of the strategy based on triangulation of insights from multiple sources (e.g., internal customer data, Voice of the Customers mechanisms, external research and competitor benchmarking). As an ideal candidate, you have strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of research methods and are comfortable with quantitative data analysis. You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs. You will work on overlapping projects, so skill in multi-tasking, juggling competing priorities, and organizing your workload are essential.

This role can be based in Milan (Italy) and Madrid (Spain).

Key job responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end strategic/high-level workstreams (e.g. Value Proposition definition) as well as providing ad hoc reports/support to L-Team on key business/customer problems

  • CX Product Roadmap: support BRD definition, track product pipeline, run UAT, decide which CX product to deploy in-country

  • Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership.

  • Securing the needed external market data for CEU, owning competitor / industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy and Spain and maintaining the relationships with Amazon central teams and external industry bodies

  • Partnering with various functions (Selection, Pricing, Marketing, Vendor Management) to identify research opportunities and priorities that focuses on big customer rocks

  • Supporting the Voice of the Customers function on ad hoc topic and on roadmap creation / coordination with central teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Robust analytical skills

  • Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects

  • Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams

  • Fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies

  • A fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL (Python/R knowledge is a plus)

  • Work closely with international product management, and business stakeholders to align resources to priorities and deliver features to customers

  • Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal

  • Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail), the candidate will have a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales.
