Receptionist - SCMH Physicians Clinic - Full Time - Greeting and checking-in patients accurately and efficiently including collecting co-pays and obtaining registration information. Protect patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Coordinating patient flow and managing the patient lobby area. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries. Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. Maintaining a clean and organized front-desk environment. Requires good customer service skills. Has the ability to collaborate, communicate and cooperate with others. Medical receptionist experience and Bi-lingual a plus.
