We’re looking for a Electro- Mechanical / Engineering and Technical Support to support or energy rental services business based out of our Milano Site - ideally with an electro mechanical background.

What you’ll do:
Receiving, Processing, Answering, Supporting and/or Delegation of technical enquiries from various sources, via TSE Enquiry System (Zendesk and PowerApps) directly and across the subject matter expert network.
Coordinating, undertaking, and providing a range of technical and product support functions driven via the Zendesk and PowerApps platform including troubleshoot implementation problems.
Providing first level technical advice internally.
Support technical enquiries from Sector Sales Team.
Provide simple AutoCAD sketch-ups, SLO and SLD drawings – where appropriate – to support technical responses.
Monitoring of support desk enquiry, processing and resolution by system metrics.
Contribute to evolution of the help desk function, process and system (software) development.
Travel on request and as business demands.
Participate as a functional support for the Europe TSE team.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Promoter of continuous improvement philosophy
Team player
Post-secondary qualification
Qualified Electrical service, Qualified Refrigeration service or project engineer
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
A good communicator, both written and verbal
Competent computer design skills ( Autocad)
Able to work unsupervised
Creativity and problem solving
