Your Challenge

As a Digital Application Engineer CNC your missions will be to:

Some of the main activities will be:

  • Being part of a technical support team, I define the best technical solutions that align with the machine builders’ needs, utilizing our various automation and digitalization products.

  • Conduct technical presentations and training sessions on our products, aiming to understand customers’ applications and tailor them to their specific requirements.

  • Collaborate with the sales force, providing post-sales technical support.

  • Engage with complex automation systems and drive new developments in digitalization through software solutions.

  • Develop, design, and complete customer proposals from a technical perspective.

  • Perform site surveys to create base designs or installation plans.

  • Analyze customers’ technical setups to assess aspects of product and solution integration.

  • Conduct comprehensive technical analyses and support the proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team.

  • Review task plans, drawings, and installation schematics, offering guidance during product test integration phases.

  • Assist in completing service contracts, including labor category planning, rate estimation, and material costs.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Professional experience in design Numeric Control solutions, with knowledge of PLC, drives and motors.

  • Knowledge of Industrial Networks. Such Profinet network system.

  • General knowledge of IoT, Cloud applications and remote connection system.

  • Knowledge of High-level programming languages, such as C#, C++, HTML5, JavaScript.

  • Master's or bachelor’s Engineering degree or a Technical Diploma in Automation Engineering or Mechatronics.

  • Available to frequent travels.

  • Passion to never-stop growing

  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

  • Proficiency in English and Italian

  • Eligibility to work in Italy
