Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Beauty Advisor to join our team at Bloomingdale's Short Hills. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized makeup and skincare consultations and recommending Charlotte Tilbury products to meet the customer's needs. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales and achieve sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships

• Provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations

• Recommend Charlotte Tilbury products to meet customer's needs

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Maintain a clean and organized counter

• Stay updated on new product launches and promotions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in beauty retail or cosmetics industry

• Passion for makeup and skincare

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
