Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing financial aspects of the construction projects.
Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Conducting regular ledger functions.
Administering budgeting processes.
Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
Compliance with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
0-2 years of experience as a staff accountant or similar position.
Exceptional knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
Comprehensive understanding of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
Integrity, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
