Staff Product Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a part of new product development team working to release next generation PMIC/DCDC products in consumer and automotive application. The Staff Product Engineer will:

  • Develops, Aligns, presents and executes product engineering project plan which includes all aspects of product engineering responsibilities (char, qual, etc) on assigned project to ensure flawless development through mass production release.

  • Work with relevant team members to ensure best in class product cost is achieved (test, assembly, etc).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.

  • Escalates project plan risk /miss and takes prompt measures to manage risk or course correction plan

  • Keeps PM and manager updated with project progress through weekly reports and dashboard updates

  • Lead the team to provide resolution of foundry and manufacturing issues found during product development.

  • Work with test engineering team closely to ensure best in class quality of test program (test coverage, test plan).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of power management IC.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $131,000 - $196,500. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
