REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC Commercial Operations Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Commercial Operations Manager is a key leader within the Product Management function, supporting the Electromagnetic Clutches & Brakes (ECB) product group within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment. This role will lead a team of 4-6 Product Management professionals located across multiple sites in North America to provide differentiated service to top customers as well as drive scalable business through distribution partners. Frequent collaboration with colleagues to drive these results in other regions will be required. Significant interaction is also expected with the Sales teams to enable growth to key customers and markets, Engineering & Global Product Management to optimize the portfolios manufactured at the sites, and Manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries to customers. The role will be expected to drive toward revenue and profit targets by building the connection between our operations and customers. Location and Travel: This is a hybrid role based in the Columbia City IN area. Travel Requirement: With multi-site responsibilities this role will travel monthly to other Regal Rexnord (RRX) sites in the Midwest and Northeast. Travel to customers and to global sites as required. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of Product Managers who are responsible for products manufactured at their sites to achieve goals of product growth and profitability, using tools including; value engineering exercises, asset management (inventory, capacity, where made), new product introductions, product portfolio, promotion (PR, sales collateral, trade shows, trade associations, advertising) and target customer sales efforts. Lead this team to gather, analyze, and communicate the technical and commercial needs of customers, serving as the primary point of escalation for critical customer-related issues. Maintain and share in-depth product knowledge and clear understanding of which individual product capabilities, functions and features are important and to which customers Lead project managementon programs required to support multi-national customers and industries including sales activities, engineering activities, logistics activities and quotation and launching of major programs Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand priorities, support our roadmap and implement product and service solutions Works closely with the appropriate sales and marketing teams, as well as engineering and manufacturing, to keep all informed on pertinent market and product activities and trends at key customers, including; current and future projects, new or modified product needs, competitive activity, real market pricing, technology and product trends.
