Job Description

We're looking for a Local Route Service Driver, CDL or Non CDL to help move Iron Mountain into the future and become our next generation of managers and leaders. PAY: UP TO $23/HR with experience (Paid biweekly)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7:00 AM start - until route complete (40 - 42 hrs a week)
LOCATION: 6750 W Florist Ave, MIlwaukee, WI 53218
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain company CDL / non-CDL vehicle safely and efficiently
Service, Load, transport, and drive without assistance
Securely service customer orders
REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to perform physical work
Minimum age 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License or Non CDL Driver’s License and good driving record
At least one year of Service / Route transportation experience preferred
Handheld scanner experience preferred
Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
Transport recycling bins over, up, and down inclines
Lift at least 70 pounds; push/pull bins 250 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds
Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
