Job Summary: The Project Manager will sell, estimate, organize, manage, plan, and execute complex projects for Dairyland\'s Electrical Department. The Project Manager will address Client inquiries and resolve issues or complaints. The Project Manager will become part of our team who are dedicated, professional and embrace challenges in a cooperative manner. Your role will involve estimating and project management. We are looking for someone who is looking to take on a role in estimation or project management. The amount of estimating versus project management is negotiable. Supervisory Responsibilities: Experienced or must learn the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Oversees and assists Electrical Foreman, Electrical Journeyman, Electrical Apprentices and Construction Wiremen Ensures all jobs/projects are completed on time, to specifications, safely, and on budget. Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new Employees. Oversees the daily workflow of the Electrical Department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of Electrical Department employees in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities: Completes all assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Communicates and collaborates with the Dairyland leadership team to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
