The waiver program allows Wisconsin to use Medicaid funding for community-based supports and services to promote inclusion, access, and empowerment. The program is administered by Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services, Children, Youth and Family Services for residents of Milwaukee County. Job Summary:Under the direction of the Supervisor, the main purpose of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide support to the CLTS program, Support and Service Coordination (SSC), and the Behavioral Health Services Children\'s Intake team.
