In this role, The Field Service Project Coordinator will evaluate customers install base onsite or remotely, handles calls from customers requesting services, asses critical needs, prioritize service calls, plan service engineers, and dynamically adjust for critical service interrupts in Motion Service. The Field Service Project Coordinator will work closely with the project managers, digital power train engineers, technical support, sales and the customer to ensure that site work complies with ABB\'s and customer\'s standards, procedures and policies.
