Nutanix Healthcare Account Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Opportunity

This role would be a part of Nutanix's Healthcare sales team for the Central region. They strive to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complicated world. The team is supported by Nutanix's Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments, providing unrivaled support and tools to achieve sales goals. In this position, the individual would work closely with co-founders and VPs, having a significant influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.

About the Team

At Nutanix, the Central Healthcare team is a dynamic and close-knit group dedicated to providing top-notch solutions to our clients in the healthcare industry. Currently, six Account Teams report to the Regional Director. The team culture is one of high competitiveness, but also fosters support and celebration for each other's successes. As a Healthcare Account Manager at Nutanix, you will be a vital part of the team, working remotely to engage with prospects, customers, and partners. While the role is primarily remote, you will be expected to be out in the field, engaging with clients and partners

The role requires travel within the territory, allowing you to be in front of customers, prospects, and partners regularly. This travel provides ample opportunities to build relationships and drive business outcomes, ensuring that you are making a significant impact within the healthcare industry.

Your Role

  • Sell Nutanix products and solutions through channel partners and direct customer interactions to healthcare providers.

  • Build and strengthen business relationships with current customers, new accounts, and the partner ecosystem.

  • Provide status information, forecast/pipeline updates, and product feedback to management

  • Penetrate new divisions and organizations within partner accounts

  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments, respond to RFPs, and follow up with prospects

  • Recommend marketing strategies and facilitate training opportunities for accounts

  • Drive new account acquisition and exceed sales performance goals

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience

  • Track record of success selling into the Healthcare vertical in the territory

  • Strong technical expertise required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations

  • Excellent relationship management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work closely with executives on business outcomes.

  • Prior success selling to large healthcare providers in the region

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 275,600 and USD $ 413,400 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
