This individual will serve as the initial point of contact delivering exceptional HR support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Strong customer services skills, a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences promptly & accurately with a high level of professionalism are required. Some things you can expect to do: Provide accurate and timely guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, fostering trust and confidence in HR services Assist employees with various HR-related tasks, such as updating personal information, accessing and navigating HR systems, benefits enrollment, performance management, leave administration, etc. Process HR transactions accurately in accordance with established guidelines and timelines including employee data changes, status updates, payroll adjustments, etc. Collaborate with other HR team members and escalate complex inquiries or issues for further assistance or resolution when appropriate Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal and state data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling employee information Use problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to resolve issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational objectives To be successful in this role, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role.
