Closing Date: April 3rd, 2024 or upon receipt of 50 applicant submissions Integrated Service Coordinator - CARS Behavioral Health Services Hourly Range: \$25.72 to \$38.82 Job Summary: Under the direction of the CARS Director,the Integrated Service Coordinator will oversee a designated portion of the Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS) provider network; assisting with access, quality, intake, and referral to the CARS mental health residential programming. This position is also responsible for researching and developing programs to serve individuals with co-occurring disorders, facilitating operations meetings with providers as well as overseeing contracted services. The Integrated Service Coordinator will provide support to the mental health group homes and adult family homes (AFH). Job Duties: Manage Access, Referrals, and Monitoring.
