JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Leadership Development Program - Commercial Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin SCOPE OF ROLE: The Regal Rexnord Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is designed to create future leaders with the necessary commercial competencies and leadership skills to drive business results in a global manufacturing environment. The program offers a vigorous pathway through rotational assignments across different commercial functions (Customer Care, Commercial Excellence, Sales and Marketing) and will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Commercial.
