We specialize in the installation of all types of commercial roofing, industrial roofing, re roofs, metal roofs, leak repairs, preventative maintenance, coatings inspections, and service, as well as custom sheet metal and fabrication. As the Maintenance and Repair Lead you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles, commercial roofing equipment, the scheduling of routine maintenance, repair of heavy equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. The Maintenance and Repair lead reports to the Shop Foreman. We are offering a \$1000 sign on bonus! Functions: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of heavy equipment, vehicles, and commercial roofing equipment Diagnosing mechanical problems on vehicles/equipment and performing the repair Small engine repair Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment as needed Complete maintenance and repair logs Communicate with manager on status of work Maintain and secure work tools Keep a clean and maintained work area Monitor inventory and ordering new parts as needed Ability to function on a team Creative thinking to solve on the job problems Experience: Fleet maintenance and service scheduling Commercial roofing equipment basic maintenance knowledge Small engine repair and maintenance experience Automotive repair and maintenance experience Heavy equipment repair and maintenance experience Certification from a vocational or trade school is preferred In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems Facilities maintenance Benefits: Paid vacation and sick leave Matching 401k Fully Paid Employer Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Tecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: ipc.us/t/F5CC0978FF0748B5
