JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. - Assemble mechanical parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. - Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper function and adherence to quality standards. - Troubleshoot and repair any assembly issues or defects. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Follow safety protocols and company policies. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus. - Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field. - Proficiency with hand and power tools. - Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic math skills and the ability to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.
