GENESIS 10 Program Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a contract working onsite lasting through December 31, 2024 with an insurance company in Franklin, WI. Responsibilities: Accountable for aligning one or more large, complex programs consisting of multiple efforts. Makes connections across teams to drive identification and managing of inter-dependencies. Drives for clarity on objectives, priorities and measures. Accountable for identifying, assessing and mitigating program risks and issues, and removing impediments. Accountable for providing visibility and transparency of our work and our plans to leadership. Uses data to make successes and challenges visible, and to drive insights and action plans to continually adjust and aggressively pursue our program goals. Partners with business functions and product management to define, determine, analyze, document, communicate, execute on objectives for implementation, support, rollout and adoption for product.
