Conduent Remote Deputy Project Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex software development and maintenance projects for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing contract deliverables, overall software development life cycle (SDLC) process, project quality, project schedule, and project staff of up to 125.

  • Managing SDLCs that include agile, waterfall, and hybrid waterfall agile.

  • Working directly with external stakeholders to manage the contract, client expectations, and provide reporting.

  • Showing accountability for the performance of the project, identification of risks, issues, and their resolution.

  • Managing team leads for each area of the project (larger project teams).

  • Managing individuals, updating the project schedule, creating the project reports, identifying the risks/issues, and ensuring quality of the SDLC (smaller project teams).

Requirements

  • Show 10 years of experience managing complex systems projects.

  • Demonstrate experience managing a team of more than 30 staff.

  • Possess Microsoft Project schedule creation, maintenance, and report experience.

  • Show experience using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

  • Have ability to manage onsite and remote project teams.

Desired

  • Have 3 years of experience managing a child support system project.

  • Hold PMI PMP Certification.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $130k.
