JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Location: Florida, Wisconsin, Remote or Hybrid GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the sales of printed circuit boards to OEM\'s, EMS and contract manufacturers. Demonstrated experience in growing sales to existing customers, as well as targeted growth opportunities for developing new customers. RESPONIBILITIES: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and via industry contacts. Craft and deliver compelling sales proposals to potential clients. Ensure accurate qualification of sales opportunities, aligning customer requirements with the company\'s capabilities. Provide sales/revenue forecasts and regular reports to Sales Management to ensure pipeline predictability. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: Bachelor\'s in business, engineering or electronics.
