The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. This role helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. Their work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; s/he receives guidance and direction from IT PMO, IT Leadership and Executive Project Sponsors, as needed. How you\'ll create opportunities in this Senior IT Project Manager role: Project Management: work with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm\'s deployment of internal projects and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
