Join us as our new Sr. Application Specialist for Dairy Alternatives The Sr. Applicatoin Specialist will develop competencies in relevant dairy alternative areas and support internal Application and R&D teams. It will lead and contribute to new product development projects. It will also support specific customer projects with specific insignts on raw materials, processes and ingredients. This position will be based in Milwaukee, WI and relocation assistance is available. In this role, you\'ll make a difference by: Developingcompetencies and cultures within yogurt alternatives; including new cultures, prototypes, methods, ingredients etc. Providing technical leadership in specific collaboration projects with external academic and industrial partners, and technical support to customers Contributingto specific projects targeting Enzyme-Culture combinations within dairy alternatives (in collaboration with external partners) Developing sensory competency across plant based dairy alternative segments Managing daily tasks together with technicians and prioritizing tasks in our Application Technology Center Performing Laboratory- and ATC work Designing experiments, analysing data and reporitng results To be successful you must hold: MSc or PhD Biotechnology with experience in cultures and enzymes for plant-based dairy applications Technical leadership in customer project and business...
