JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary The Sr. Reliability Engineering Manager - Services will be responsible for leading the Reliability Engineering Services strategy, function and team. They will be responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services (reliability consulting, remote monitoring, analytics, and on-site services) to help customers improve their Maintenance & Reliability excellence practices. This individual will be responsible for working closely with our Product Management, Engineering and Leadership teams to develop a strategy to seamlessly blend our services and platform strategies, including delivering services insights to customers via our Perceptiv platform and migrating predictive and prescriptive reliability insight into the Perceptiv Platform. Responsibilities Day-to-day leadership of Reliability Engineering Services team, which includes management of global resources Develop and execute strategic plan to build and evolve Perceptiv Reliability Engineering Services differentiated service offerings and roadmap Create service offerings aligned to focused market segments, including value positioning, scope of services, collateral, and pricing Lead delivery of consulting, education and implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery and operational success metrics Be accountable for Services financial goals and metrics, including orders, revenue, gross margin and employee utilization Own operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects. Build and scale global service operations (i.e., people, process, systems and tools) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building effective and efficient delivery methodologies Coordinate services team to successfully and safely execute customer projects for on-site services Contribute content and direction to MarCom for collateral generation, white papers, and videos in conjunction with related campaigns and productization of Service offering Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to create a multi-year roadmap for migrating Reliability Engineering predictive and prescriptive analytics into the Perceptiv platform Serve as member of Perceptiv leadership team to support growth and maturity of this high-growth area Deliver strategies that are disruptive to the marketplace and uniquely differentiate Perceptiv, including creating a long-term vision and strategy for reliability services Act as \"face of reliability services\" to the company and industry for Perceptiv Responsibility for function that generates diagnostics and monitoring reports to end users and stakeholders as deliverables, which includes analyzed vibration and torque data with prescriptive recommended actions.
