In the role of Technical Training Content Developer Sryou will beworking in Organizational Development. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT. Purpose Function as a technical training specialist and instructional designer for our Learning Management System (LMS). The Technical Training Content Developer plans, designs, develops, and maintains engaging and effective education, training, and continuous learning for our enterprise system end users, including all faculty, staff and APPs. Act as a resource for trainers as well as learners and end users across MCW. Requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and up to date. Primary Functions Planning for cut-over training to Workday for our end-users; design, delivery, and recommending a sustainability plan after Workday implementation. Training Program Design: Lead the development and implementation comprehensive training programs for cut-over training for Workday as well as for after implementation that address the needs of the organization and enhance employee skills. Content Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials including: Virtual training: e-learning modules, video tutorials, help guides Facilitated instructor-led training: Trainee materials and trainer guides. Job aids: manuals, pdf guides, and video demonstrations. Collaboration: Work closely with Workday implementation project workstream leads to identify training needs and develop solutions that support business goals and design learning with measurable outcomes Facilitation: Deliver advanced training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. LMS Management: Administer and maintain the LMS, including user account management, course uploads, system configuration, and troubleshooting. Content Management: Oversee the upload, testing, and updating of e-learning content, ensuring that courses are functioning correctly and meeting organizational standards.
