Job Overview Komatsu is embarking on an enterprise-wide initiative to transform our digital experience. We will be re-platforming all global primary websites onto the Adobe AEM CMS and adding them to the Komatsu.com domain. This role will be responsible for re-designing the online experience of Komatsu global websites and will also provide design support for eCommerce expansion, technology subscriptions and online training. We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience research and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors. You will be responsible for conducting various research activities to inform and improve our product design and user experience. Key Job Responsibilities Data Collection:Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing. Data Analysis:Analyze user data to generate actionable insights and identify patterns and trends. Reporting:Create detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
