We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, team leadership, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, a great understanding of logistics and inventory control, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities

Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, setting performance expectations and fostering a positive work culture.

Implement and enforce safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Organize and maintain the layout of the warehouse for optimal space utilization and workflow.

Implement and maintain systems for categorizing, labeling, and storing products.

Collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and control operational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

The essential functions of this role include:
