Description
Robert Half is working with a well known manufacturing company in Portland, Oregon to help them find their new ERP Administrator. This position is vital in understanding and meeting business requirements through the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborative work with internal and external developers, analysts, and other stakeholders is essential to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of solutions. This is a direct hire, FTE position with remote flexibility: 3 days onsite and 2 remote.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and integration points
• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including the configuration of the platform, the development of customizations, and the integration of other systems
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrate D365 F& O functionality and processes to end users in an understandable manner
• Document technical design and architecture and provide knowledge transfer to other team members

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Dynamics 365 Administrator
• Proficient in using MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven track record of successful ERP/CRM implementation.
• Proficient in Configuration Management and use of Configuration Management Tools
• Experienced in creating dashboards
• Knowledge and experience in Software Testing
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
