Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Operation and maintenance of 3D Printers (plastic and metal) Supporting Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Procurement with Additive Manufacturing projects Supporting internal customers with technical support in the area of Additive Manufacturing Usage of CAD and slicing software to aid customers Participating in various implementation projects for Additive Manufacturing Background & Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Must be currently enrolled and pursuing adegree in Engineering with an interest and experiencein Additive Manufacturing Level of Education: Freshmen, Sophomores, andJuniors preferred Availability to work 10-20 hours/week inspring/fallsemester(s); 40 hours/week insummer - possibility to continue working through next year Experience in the use of Additive Manufacturing (plastic and/ormetal) Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenanceof 3D Printers Experience with CAD and/or slicing software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
