HIRING FOR ASSEMBLY TECHNICIANS IN THE ANDOVER, MN AREA! $20-22/HOUR.
Job Description
Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
Utilize hand held, electric and pneumatic tools
Complete electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, gear motor assemblies, cable and wire harness assemblies
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Maintain inventory of product in work stations
Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards. Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified or report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Supervisor.
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
Performing soldering, which is the process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal (solder) into the joint
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Inspect and then pack and crate parts for shipping.
Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Flexible start time: 6:30am - 8:30am until work is done (shifts are typically 8 hours)
