As the Benefits and Wellness Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our employee health and wellness programs, driving innovation, and influencing our strategic direction. You'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive health and wellness programs that not only enhance employee engagement but also optimize program costs and organizational efficiency. Join us and lead the charge in creating a healthier, more vibrant workplace! This role can be based at our corporate offices either in Bloomington or Marshall, MN . Responsibilities: + Spearhead the design and development of innovative health and wellness programs aligned with company goals. + Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program development and execution. + Continuously evaluate and improve the competitive positioning of our health and wellness programs. + Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive program innovation and excellence. + Ensure all programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on the Affordable Care Act and ERISA. + Analyze health and wellness data to identify cost drivers and opportunities for program development and improvement. + Provide timely, actionable insights and reporting on healthcare costs, trends, utilization, and wellness participation. + Act as a key liaison with internal partners such as legal, finance, and payroll to ensure alignment and collaboration. + Manage relationships with external vendors, including service level agreements, negotiations, and the annual renewal process. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness programs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness program design and execution within a mid to large size corporation Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and other relevant regulations. + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. + Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ethical standards.
