Actalent Clinical Research Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Title: Clinical Research CoordinatorJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to provide support, coordination, and leadership for various research studies including industry-sponsored clinical trials (Phase I-IV), drug, biologic, device studies, government-funded research, and investigator-initiated research. The Coordinator will ensure the smooth and accurate progress of studies from planning and approval through to completion and post-study closure. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening study participants, facilitating ongoing participation, abstracting data from medical records, assisting with IRB reporting, and ensuring compliance with study protocols. The role also involves participating in the planning, development, and budgeting of clinical trials.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of clinical research experience

  • 2+ years of cardiology experience

  • Experience with Epic & EDC systems

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This position is on-site 5 days per week with core office hours. Flexibility is offered once training is completed.
