Kurt Manufacturingis seeking anexperienced CNC Machinist to perform all operations to set up equipment and fixtures in the machining center. This position will primarily run 5 axis, complex machines (for example mill-turn and complex lathes).Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Essential FunctionsSets up, adjusts, checks out programming, and operates CNC machines to perform a series of progressive machining operations requiring a high degree of skill.Demonstrated proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Perform daily maintenance of machines as required.Operators may run more than one unit simultaneously.Requires a broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with CNC operational procedures.Maintain a clean, safe work area.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
