Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist
Job Description
A company in Minneapolis is looking to add a 1st shift CNC Machinist to their team to handle production setups and operations. Responsibilities include completing setups, edits, and troubleshooting on various mill machinists. The role involves operating Mori Seki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Robodrills on Fanuc controllers. The position requires working with tight tolerances for the automotive, military, and medical industries. Inspection using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, gauges, and other inspection equipment is also necessary. While programming is done on machines already, familiarity with Gibbscam and Mastercam software is beneficial.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm
Work Environment
Clean production machining environment where the CNC department performs secondary operations on production parts. The CNC department includes multiple Haas Mills, multiple turning centers, and multiple Fanuc Robo-Drills.
