Job Description The Commercial Relationship Manager position is responsible for sourcing, acquiring and developing new clients along with growing, expanding and maintaining existing relationships within the risk and profitability parameters of the organization. Manages and develops relationships with clients to understand their business, risks and opportunities. Reviews client financials and regularly meets to understand long-term strategies. Builds personal rapport with client and is viewed as a trusted advisor. Focuses on origination and structuring of loans. Coordinates with the Credit function to underwrite and close new business. Responsible for credit quality management. Sells and refers all company products and services in response to client's business needs, including proactively recommending solutions to clients. Builds relationships and collaborates with internal partners across the organization to identify referral opportunities to enhance client relationships. Typically manages a loan portfolio over $75M. Typical middle market commercial banking clients have a sales turnover between $50M - $650M. Works with the largest, most important clients. Has full authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms. May be recognized as an expert in a specific or multiple area. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. Typically requires minimum 10 years related professional experience. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluating criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of a small number of others. #LI-Hybrid #LI-KB1 Pay Range Pay Type: Exempt/Salaried Minimum: $119,000.00 Midpoint: $170,000.00 Maximum: $221,000.00 Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
