Job ID359998 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilyAthletics Full/Part TimeFull-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code9343DR Employee ClassAcad Prof and Admin About the Job Duties 70% - Manage Football's recruiting operational needs Manage the evaluation process and recruiting board management for Football Oversee the clear and concise pipeline of recruiting evaluations between the recruiting staff and the coaching staff throughout all aspects of the year Manage Football's recruiting boards - both digitally and physically - and ensure all information is up to date and correct Maintain and utilize knowledge of NCAA rules 20% - Recruiting Database Management (Verified Measurables) Plan and execute recruiting database measurements. Manage recruiting database from on-campus visits and Football camps (Row the Boat Camp, Satellite camps, etc). Follow up with Coaches on this measured data in a timely manner. 10% - Administrative Serve as a liaison with Compliance of Football Scouting Operations. Organize recruiting information for football staff. Serve as liaison for football student-athletes academic progress. Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, address, parent's names, etc. Monitor the athlete evaluations completed by the football staff. Assist in advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity.
