PRIMARY FUNCTION Identify, create, execute, and lead the Talent Development initiatives and programs for Team Members across all Omni brands, including management of the online learning management system (LITMOS) and related content. Develop a continuous learning culture with an emphasis on progressing Team Member knowledge, professional abilities, and skills; particularly related to sales, leadership, communication and business acumen. Build professional learning programs and modules that align with the Omni Companies strategies, customer satisfaction expectations and increased financial performance goals. Play an active role in organizational evaluation and change efforts. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure strategic alignment with Omni's business goals, initiatives, purpose and values. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand team member development needs. Develop strong, trusted partnerships and candid coaching relationships with all leaders. Coach leaders to guide and reinforce learning, enabling our teams to perform beyond expectations. Support the coaching and development of our high-performing teams and team members across multiple locations via various tools, resources and training opportunities. Clearly understand OMNI's long-term business goals, organizational strengths and challenges, and identify and support integration and organizational change opportunities Partner with HR to transform team member experience. Shape an inspirational value centered "Aim Higher" learning strategy based on input from stakeholders. Partner with HR to update and deliver comprehensive and well-organized onboarding content. Assist with continuously updating onboarding tools and practices, and coaching leaders, stressing accountability for full scope onboarding. Identify, organize and deliver leadership education initiatives and tools. Design and execute change management tools, including effectively communicating and influencing without authority. Proactively address team member growth and retention issues by helping leaders develop team members through assessment, coaching and career pathing Be a cultural champion, both as a role model and in leading cross-company initiatives to help scale and strengthen our culture as we grow. Create and deploy a cohesive training strategy. Identify short + long term goals for training and development programs based on stakeholder input, including investments needed. Develop comprehensive internal leadership development strategy utilizing internal and external resources to provide ongoing leadership training for new and seasoned leaders. Utilize principles of inclusivity to develop training that meets different learning styles. Proactively report on key performance indicators that measure effectiveness (KPIs) Build and manage processes for effective deployment of training. Develop and communicate an annual training calendar based on regional input. Own and manage Atmosphere University, our learning management system. Track and report re: attendance, task completion, and other administrative + LMS metrics. Persistently improve and innovate educational offerings and related systems; content must be continuously updated based on company and industry change. Appropriately integrate tools with our operational group (OMNI) to make us better together. Observe and appropriately communicate team member improvement opportunities. Focus on evaluation tools for team members in first 90 days to improve onboarding experience and support talent retention efforts Deliver services and content. Develop and deliver live classes, providing feedback to attendees and their managers. Develop and support network of individuals across all brands that provide position specific training and provide resources to help them increase effectiveness. Organize curriculum by Learning Path, with emphasis on new Team Members Methodically audit, improve and create additional online content for Atmosphere University and/or Paylocity LMS Promote and deliver team events related to our Predictive Index program (HR owns the tool) Review and evaluate external resources for potential use in supporting efforts. Select, create and manage resources developed in conjunction with internal and external partners such as Steelcase and INDEAL Perform additional duties & responsibilities as needed for the success of the business and mutually agreed upon by his/her manager.
