The Women's Clinic is seeking a Clinic Support EMT to join our care team in Minneapolis, MN.
The Women's Specialty Clinic multidisciplinary team offers services in a unique woman-centered environment, conveniently located on the University of Minnesota Medical Center West Bank campus. The physicians and advance practice nurses, who also serve as faculty at the University of Minnesota, are specialists in women’s health, focusing on the whole person and making use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches and disciplines so patients can reach their goal of achieving optimal health and well-being.

Emergency Medical Technician (Clinic Support) Overview
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinates and monitors patient appointments for provider visits, and procedure(s).
Delivers patient care within scope of EMT role as delegated by the RN to assigned patient population, or individual patient.
Communicates effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team.
Provides patient instruction as delegated.
Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served.
Performs other duties including Performance Goals developed by manager and employee and reported in the employee’s Performance Review as part of UMPhysicians’ Performance Management tools
Licensed as Basic Emergency Medical Technician in state of Minnesota.
