RBC Financial Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Financial Analyst What will you do? Work with the department manager on new business pricing analysis & re-pricing analysis for existing C&C clients. Use Excel to conduct financial analysis & present pricing recommendations to both senior and executive-level leadership. Use communication skills to clearly communicate & lead discussions about pricing opportunities. Communicate pricing decisions back to the sales team or other internal contact leading the discussion with the firm. Draft contracts, fee schedules, and amendments to formalize pricing decisions. Ensure the proper approvals are in place before sending documents for execution. Manage the execution of documents through DocuSign. Manage a wide range of reports that are distributed internally. This includes pricing-related reports that communicate revenue & profitability, and reports that track active firms, firm terminations, & contract expiration dates. Participate in ad-hoc analysis & projects, upon request. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Two or more years of analytical experience, financial services industry preferred. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Demonstrated computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Word. Financial analysis skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, analyze alternative solutions, and make recommendations. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail. Nice-to-have Experience with internal RBC systems, such as Broadridge back-office and Essbase. Experience with DocuSign. What's in it for you?
