Sevita HR Services Data Integrity Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

HR Services Data Integrity Analyst

The HR Services Data Integrity Analyst needs to analyze and audit Core HR data in Dayforce to ensure reporting is accurate along with assisting in reducing employee pay risks. This role is for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, completely remote work environment, while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining data integrity.

This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

  • Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR Core data

  • Extracts and manipulates data from Dayforce and analyzes discrepancies based on attributes that should align

  • Identifies and assists in the implementation of improvements and efficiencies

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of stored procedures (audit function steps and work closely with other teams to address issues)

  • Distributes reports to senior management as requested

  • Creates adhoc HR Audit Reports for HR Services and Payroll

  • Conducts routine Daily, weekly monthly Audits that have been identified

  • Works with field and corporate HR ensuring the integrity issues are resolved

  • Collaborates with HRSC/Payroll Team Leads to analyze areas of improvements with system forms to enhance Dayforce Forms to minimize integrity issues

  • Validation of reports for accuracy by working with requestor to audit and provide feedback before usage

  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-2 years Dayforce functionality and reporting

  • 2+ years data analytics

  • Analytical and extreme attention to detail

  • Excel proficiency

  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism

  • Maintains confidentiality and integrity

  • In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll Processes

  • Communication skills

  • Basic Payroll knowledge
